4th Of July

4th of July doesn't seem to be a big holiday here. I think because a lot of people here want Hawaii to be it's own nation. We didn't do much, hung out at home. Took the kids to see the new Ice Age movie. Did smores and fireworks. The kids make us so nervous around fireworks. Tanner was very upset that we wouldn't let him light them. But he got over it, he got to pick which fireworks were next.

Tanner and Cody were rough housing...and Cody threw a bucket at Tanner and this was the result. What is ironic about this is that the bucket Cody threw was a bucket that we made to be bucket fillers. (Basically be kind to each other)

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day! We didn't do very much for Father's Day, hung around the house, and then took the kids to see Night At the Museum 2. It was cute, but I think we liked the first one better. Troy got a new fishing pole for Father's Day. He is very excited to use it. He says he is going to fish the whole time we are gone. :)
